Early stage rheumatoid arthritis : It is defined based on the symptoms such as constipation, loss of appetite, tiredness, slight morning stiffness and pain in only one of the joints. Excessive hunger can be seen only in some cases of early stage rheumatoid arthritis. Rheumatoid arthritis might not be detectable in early stage by just pathological reports making it a difficult task to diagnose at this point.
